We seek someone who contributes to executing established activities in accordance with production schedules. Requirements: * Technical graduate in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Electricity, or related fields. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment * Knowledge of maintenance for electric motors, pumps, mills, and crushers * Knowledge of electromechanical and electropneumatic circuits (dosers, induction sealers, threaders, etc.) * Knowledge of electrical panel fabrication with various connection types * Knowledge of frequency converter and PLC configuration * Knowledge of electric welding, oxy-cutting, adjustments, and plant lubrication * Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year Responsibilities: * Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and electromechanical equipment associated with production systems or lines. * Train production operators on proper use of operations involving electromechanical equipment. * Execute preventive, corrective, checklist, and plant maintenance forms as per work orders. * Report progress of tasks to the Maintenance Supervisor and propose plant improvements. * Interpret electrical-electronic plans, designs, sketches, diagrams, or schematics to carry out assigned tasks from the Maintenance Supervisor. * Configure frequency converters and PLCs, and perform assigned mechanical maintenance tasks under the Maintenance Supervisor’s direction. * Install, test, repair, and maintain electric motors, generators, batteries, and electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic control systems. * Keep machines operational and in good condition to prevent yield loss and non-conforming products. * Ensure proper functioning and usage of facilities, equipment, and instruments used during job activities; report any significant anomalies or damage to immediate supervisor. * Comply with established occupational risk prevention regulations, complete ATS forms, and use mandatory and necessary PPE. * Maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace (application of 5S principles). * Perform installations and assembly of new equipment. *At Comercial Andina Industrial SAC, we promote inclusion and labor integration without discrimination based on disability, gender, orientation, identity, origin, or generation.
