Job Summary: We are seeking an industrial mechanical maintenance technician with experience in fault evaluation, disassembly/assembly of pumps, and identification of rotating components. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in mechanical maintenance of industrial equipment. 2. Knowledge of using measuring tools and alignment techniques. 3. Solid understanding and application of safety procedures. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum qualification: Graduate of Industrial Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Electromechanical Maintenance, or related technical program. Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance of primary and auxiliary industrial equipment. Availability to work rotating shifts. Experience in Fault Evaluation. USE OF MEASURING TOOLS: TAPE MEASURE, CALIPER, MICROMETER, ALIGNMENT TOOL. DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY PROCESSES FOR CENTRIFUGAL, VACUUM, MULTISTAGE, AND HYDRAULIC PUMPS. IDENTIFICATION OF ROTATING COMPONENTS' CONDITION IN MACHINERY: BEARINGS, OIL SEALS, MECHANICAL SEALS, STUFFING BOXES, BUSHINGS. LUBRICATION: LUBRICATION TECHNIQUES. ALIGNMENT: KNOWLEDGE OF ALIGNMENT TECHNIQUES FOR BELT-DRIVEN, DIRECT-COUPLED, HYDRAULIC, ETC. COMPONENTS. Availability to work in provinces. Organized, punctual, and possessing solid understanding and application of safety procedures. Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,200\.00 \- S/.2,400\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
