Maintenance Technician (Production Plant)

Job Summary: Grupo Rokys is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its production plant, responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing equipment failures, and supervising systems. Conducts inspections and proposes improvements to enhance operational efficiency **Grupo Rokys**, a leading company in the food industry, is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our production plant team. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery (mixers, packaging machines, ovens, conveyors, etc.). * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures in industrial equipment. * Repair motors, pumps, valves, bearings, gearboxes, and power transmission systems. * Supervise the operation of electrical and control systems. * Comply with food safety and industrial safety standards (cleaning, hygiene, GMP). * Record maintenance activities in reporting forms or maintenance management software. * Conduct equipment and facility inspections (compressed air, steam, water, etc.). * Propose improvements to increase operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * 1–3 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance, preferably in food production plants. * Graduate of a technical program in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Production Mechanics, Industrial Electricity, or related fields. * Knowledge of: basic automation and control systems, preventive and predictive maintenance, food safety standards (GMP, HACCP), industrial safety, and use of PPE. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday in the San Luis district.
