Your role will be essential—not only at the workbench but also in shaping the customer experience—by translating complex technical problems into clear solutions and honest diagnostics. **Primary Responsibilities** * **Micro-repairs:** Comprehensive diagnosis and repair of smartphones and tablets (all brands), including screen replacements, battery swaps, charging port repairs, and micro-component repairs. * **Laptop Technical Support:** Preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance for laptops (internal cleaning, component replacement, OS installation). * **Customer Service and Consultation:** Receiving devices, clearly explaining faults to customers, and providing cost estimates. * **Documentation and Inventory Control:** Preparing detailed technical service reports and managing spare parts inventory. **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** Diploma in Electronics, Computer Systems, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months as a multi-brand technician. * **Hard Skills:** \* Proficiency with precision tools (hot air station, multimeter, soldering iron). * Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Android, iOS, Windows, macOS). * Skill in disassembling sealed devices without causing aesthetic damage. * **Soft Skills:** Teamwork, proactivity, honesty, and excellent interpersonal communication. **Conditions** * **Age:** 18–40 years old. * **Language:** Fluent Spanish. * **Work Location:** Chorrillos – Lima, Peru.
