The candidate will be responsible for providing user technical support, managing access rights, performing basic equipment maintenance, and tracking incidents, guaranteeing efficient, user-oriented service. **Requirements** Technical degree in Computing, Systems, or related fields. 1 year of experience in technical support (ERP experience preferred).
