Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Retail Architect to develop complete floor plans, technical details, and coordinate with production, ensuring technical feasibility and compliance with client guidelines. Direct coordination with production and operations to ensure technical feasibility RETAIL ARCHITECT · Check Point Advertisement Requirements Graduated, bachelor's degree or certified architect. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, commercial furniture, signage, or advertising projects. Experience in developing complete floor plans and technical details oriented toward real-world execution. Knowledge of materials: MDF, acrylic, metal, corrugated plastic, among others. Basic/intermediate knowledge of electrical installations applied to illuminated elements (desirable). Ability to work independently, systematically, and results-oriented. Responsibilities Prepare complete drawings: floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction details. Develop technical details for furniture and advertising elements, including: Anchoring systems Installation specifications Materials and finishes Generate technical cut sheets ready for production. Create 3D models, renders, and photomontages for client validation. Coordinate directly with production and operations to ensure technical feasibility. Validate materials and coordinate physical samples when required. Provide technical support to the commercial team during proposal development. Ensure compliance with client guidelines across all deliverables.
