We are seeking top talent with industry experience to grow as a **FULL-TIME PROMOTER CASHIER** at our **MINKA Agency**—join this great challenge at a solid and rapidly expanding financial company. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduates of the Cashier Certification Program and/or Banking Administration. * Technical graduates or those with incomplete studies in administration, accounting, or related fields (preferred). * Availability to work full-time. * Residence in areas near the requested agency. * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in similar positions (cashier, teller, etc.). * Preferably experience in the financial sector, banks, foreign exchange houses, or similar companies. * Knowledge of anti-money laundering prevention. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). * No **outstanding debts** in the financial system. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute and sign payment orders and documents, issuing the corresponding receipt. * Inform and offer customers additional company services. * Prepare and dispatch cash packages for vault deposit. * Verify and report counterfeit banknotes to the Supervising Cashier. * Receive and manage assigned cash and cash advances for cashier operations. * Perform daily cash reconciliation, resolve discrepancies, and record information in the system. * Immediately report any irregularities, fraud indicators, or unusual transactions to the immediate supervisor. * Sign and issue cash vouchers for receipt and return of cash advances. * Meet customer service objectives and targets assigned by management. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS** * Formal payroll registration * Employment under the general labor regime * Renewable contract * All statutory benefits Job Type: Part-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
