Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible, achievement-oriented Part-Time Cashier to manage transactions, cash reporting, and upsell additional products while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Highlights: 1. In-person role requiring availability from store opening to closing 2. Responsible for payment receipts, cash reports, and daily cash reconciliations 3. Communication, persuasion, and customer service skills A leading retail company in South America is looking for a Part-Time Cashier for its Miraflores store. This is an in-person role requiring availability to work from store opening to closing. We seek a responsible, achievement-oriented individual with strong communication and persuasion skills, and a commitment to customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES - Process customer payments for cash or credit sales. - Perform cash advances or withdrawals as requested. - Generate daily reports and reconcile the cash drawer. Fill and separate cash envelopes and safeguard vouchers and documents. - Adhere to product exchange and return policies, when applicable. - Perform daily reconciliation of the assigned terminal, verifying that recorded amounts match the cash drawer totals. - Proactively offer CMR Protected Purchase to customers and meet monthly sales targets. - Refer customers to CMR card applications at the bank or to card affiliates located in stores.
