




Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, manage spare parts, and control projects. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive planning and management of plant equipment maintenance. 2. Coordination of maintenance activities with technical teams. 3. Management of critical spare parts inventory and purchase tracking. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment. * Generate and track work orders (WO). * Coordinate with supervisors and technicians for execution of maintenance activities. * Manage critical spare parts inventory and plan replenishment. * Coordinate and track purchases of spare parts and maintenance services. * Monitor progress of maintenance tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion. * Maintain up-to-date equipment information, maintenance history, and cost records. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning or management. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. * Familiarity with maintenance management software (preferred). * Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools (preferred). * Strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills. **Working Conditions:** * Salary: PEN 2,500 to PEN 3,000 (based on evaluation). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Formal employment with statutory benefits.
