A prominent company in the industrial/fishing sector is seeking a **Maintenance Planner**, who will be responsible for planning and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring equipment availability and reliability at the plant. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of maintenance management software. * Knowledge of project management and planning. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, and/or SolidWorks (intermediate level). **Experience** * Minimum **3 years as a maintenance planner or analyst** (fishing industry experience preferred). * Experience in: * Maintenance management * Tracking purchase/service orders * Contractor valuation and compliance * Minimum 1 year of experience in: * Maintenance planning and control * Tracking mechanical and metalworking projects **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment. * Generate and track work orders (WOs). * Coordinate with technical supervisors on maintenance execution. * Manage inventory and procurement of critical spare parts. * Prepare technical specifications and mechanical drawings. * Monitor maintenance KPIs. * Develop and track investment budgets and projects. * Maintain updated equipment database and maintenance history. **Working Conditions** * **Location:** Callao (Prolongación Centenario 570\) * **Schedule:** Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. / Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. * General labor regime Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.2,800\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Provide your contact number. * Indicate your residential district. * The company does not provide transportation; would you have any difficulty commuting to the Gambeta area? * How many years of experience do you have as a Maintenance Planner for industrial, construction, and/or similar companies? * State your salary expectations.
