Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Assistant to support the management, supervision, and regulatory compliance of OHS standards in the automotive sector. Participation in updating the OHS Management System At MP Outsourcing Logístico, we are looking for an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Assistant for our client, a leading company in the automotive sector. Location: Callao Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Salary: S/1,500 to S/1,800 (based on evaluation) * Enrollment in MYPE (Small Business Payroll). * Career progression opportunities. Requirements: * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in the automotive sector. * Knowledge of and compliance with requirements stipulated by Law No. 29783\. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct 5-minute safety talks at the start of each work shift. * Support inductions and re-inductions for new personnel or when job positions or activities change. * Monitor daily work practices and verify compliance with operational controls defined in the IPERC. * Support supervision of operations and legal compliance in OHS across the entire company. * Manage and control mandatory OHS forms, records, and training. * Support implementation of the company’s OHS Management System. * Support supervision of operational processes from an accident prevention perspective. * Submit monthly OHS performance indicators reports. * Participate in updating and maintaining the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, as well as in harmonization processes and audits as required. * Conduct periodic visits to various logistics operations according to a scheduled plan.
