Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to plan, schedule, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, ensuring project control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance planning and management 2. Coordination and monitoring of activities 3. Management of critical spare parts inventory **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for plant equipment. * Generate and track work orders (WO). * Coordinate with supervisors and technicians on the execution of maintenance activities. * Manage inventory of critical spare parts and plan their replenishment. * Coordinate and monitor procurement of spare parts and maintenance services. * Monitor progress of jobs and projects, ensuring timely completion. * Maintain up-to-date equipment information, maintenance history, and cost records. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance planning or management. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with maintenance software (preferred). * Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools (preferred). * Strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills. **Working Conditions:** * Salary: S/ 2,500 to S/ 3,000 (based on evaluation). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Formal employment with statutory benefits.
