Job Summary: We are seeking an Electronics/Mechatronics Engineer to supervise technical execution, manage resources, and coordinate projects, ensuring safety and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Technical supervision and material control in projects. 2. Administrative management, progress reporting, and resource coordination. 3. Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering and/or Mechatronics Engineering. Experience: Minimum 5 years of general experience and 3 years in the specialty (DACI, CAI BMS). Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; familiarity with RNE, CNE, and NFPA72 standards; quality and industrial safety management. Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and BIM tools. Soft Skills: Leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Technical Management: Supervise proper execution of work items, control materials, and validate release protocols. Administrative Control: Prepare valuations, submit progress reports, ensure schedule adherence, and manage resources. Safety: Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, as well as proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Coordination: Conduct coordination among the company, client, and supervisory team. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000.00 - S/.4,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
