Job Summary: We are seeking a Professional Social Welfare Intern to support health procedure management, medical examination coordination, and welfare and occupational safety activities. Key Highlights: 1. Support in managing health-related procedures and monitoring medical leaves 2. Support in the Social Welfare Program and coordination of medical examinations 3. We are currently seeking top talent for the following position: Professional Social Welfare Intern Responsibilities: Support health procedure management in public and private systems (e.g., Essalud, insurance providers). Register and monitor medical leaves and absenteeism control. Provide support in implementing the Social Welfare Program. Coordinate entry and periodic medical examinations. Support activities under the Occupational Safety and Health Plan. Conduct follow-up and basic guidance for employees on social matters. Support administrative management of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee. Requirements: Graduate or Bachelor’s degree holder in Social Work. Minimum 1 to 1.5 years of experience in similar roles (including pre-professional or professional internships). Basic knowledge of labor legislation and subsidies (e.g., Essalud). Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health is desirable. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office. Basic English (desirable).
