




DESCRIPTION * Define and monitor the objectives of the departments under their supervision, ensuring compliance with operational plans and continuous improvement of processes. * Ensure product quality by leading actions to eliminate recurring errors and rework. * Plan and control the plant’s production schedules, identifying and implementing improvements together with Plant Management. * Lead improvement projects focused on standardization, automation, and reduction of operational time through the use of technology. * Implement and monitor continuous improvement methodologies in coordination with the Projects department. * Ensure compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SOMA) standards at the plant. * Develop and control the area’s budget, as well as operational costs and unit costs per SKU. Monitor and analyze key production indicators (productivity, OEE, OTIF, scrap, costs), preparing management reports. * REQUIREMENTS * University degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields such as Business Administration. * Minimum 10 years of experience in Manufacturing areas, with at least 5 years in leadership roles and preferably having worked in industrial manufacturing companies leading large-scale teams. * Excel (Advanced) * Power BI (Intermediate) * AutoCAD (Desirable)
