Join the best team and transcend with your talent as a Campaign Analyst. **Your primary objective will be:** To lead projects associated with the area to achieve agile transformation. Additionally, to analyze information and uncover insights that enhance campaign effectiveness. **How will you achieve this?** * Segment customer and prospect databases for commercial campaigns. * Deliver leads to relevant channels and applications according to ongoing targeted campaigns. * Propose ideas or recommendations for future campaigns to improve sales, revenue, cross-selling, retention, and customer loyalty, among others. * Participate in transformation projects within the area to achieve internal and bank-wide objectives. Analyze and automate campaign processes * **What do we require from you?** * Graduate in Business Administration and/or Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Advanced database management skills (Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, AWS, ETL process automation, Python). * 4+ years of experience in similar roles. **What do we offer you at Interbank?** An INcredible experience with our flexible work model “Interbank Eres”.
