CNC OPERATOR

Description

Job Summary: Operate CNC machines, interpret technical drawings, and configure machining parameters, performing cutting tool assembly, adjustment, and testing. Key Highlights: 1. Production recording and incident reporting ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** *Operate CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines according to work orders and technical drawings.* *Interpret mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing tolerances.* *Configure machining parameters (speed, feed rate, depth of cut, tools).* *Assemble and adjust cutting tools on the machine.* *Conduct machining tests to verify dimensions and surface finishes.* *Record production output, operation times, and incident reports.* **Requirements:** Technical degree in mechatronics, industrial maintenance, mechanics, metalworking, or related fields (preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience operating industrial machinery or production equipment. Basic knowledge of mechanics and/or electricity (preferred). Experience operating AVENGER / PCD1100 / FPB1800 / POWERMAX 80 / KBS 1051, SILOMA SHEAR, MUBEA; forklifts, cranes, manlifts, technical layout, and operation.
