We are currently seeking a **Control Center Operator Technician:** **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * CACSI (Center for Advisory Services and Comprehensive Security Training) certification in Control Center Supervision and Effective Management is desirable * CCTV, camera monitoring, fire alarm systems, access control, incident handling, and reporting (mandatory) * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Control Center (CCTV) operator; experience in hospital or critical service environments is preferred * Availability to work in Callao or Villa Maria del Triunfo **Main Responsibilities:** * Control Center Management: Organize and verify the daily operation of the Control Center, ensuring operational continuity and protocol compliance * Security Systems Control: Supervise the operation of CCTV, intercoms, and metal detectors * Supervision of Third-Party Operators: Ensure third-party personnel perform assigned duties, adhere to scheduled shifts, submit required reports, and follow IBT-established guidelines—including smoke detectors, fire alarm systems, and other associated systems * Reporting and Incident Management: Centralize, supervise, execute, and disseminate service-related incident reports to the Head of Physical Security * Information Custody and Administration: Manage the database and update the incident log * Preventive Monitoring: Continuously monitor video surveillance systems to identify suspicious activities, security vulnerabilities, or system failures * Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor Benefits * All statutory benefits * Ongoing training * Discounts with educational institutions, oncological insurance, vendor visits, and more * Work for an internationally accredited company holding ISO and Joint Commission International (JCI) certifications—one of the most prestigious global healthcare accreditations *Our company is committed to equity and inclusion because we believe every person is unique and different.
