WE ARE LOOKING FOR: COMMERCIAL ADVISOR Requirements * Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Desirable training in consultative sales and negotiation. * Minimum 1 year of experience in elevators, machinery, or related fields. Responsibilities: * Client acquisition, follow-up, and retention for multi-brand elevator maintenance. Required Skills * Professional communication and presentation skills. * Negotiation and persuasion skills. * Results-oriented mindset. * Commercial organization and follow-up capabilities. * Ability to build trust with building administrators, property owner associations, construction companies, and enterprises. * Proactivity in identifying new clients. Benefits * Working hours: Mon-Fri: 8 AM to 6 PM * District: Cercado de Lima * Competitive salary + commissions * Full payroll registration from the first day of employment.
