REQUIREMENTS * University graduate or bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Textile Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering and/or production departments within garment manufacturing companies. * Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work onsite in Ate. II. RESPONSIBILITIES * Establish work methods and conduct time studies. * Monitor staff performance. * Prepare line balancing reports along with corresponding layout plans. * Coordinate style changes with maintenance and production teams. * Perform other duties as required within the department.
