Manage end-to-end projects and the Investment Plan (CAPEX). **Date:** 27 May 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Lead the Infrastructure Projects area and manage projects and requirements to improve working conditions for administrative and operations personnel by seeking budgetary and existing resource efficiencies—from the projection stage through to delivery to the internal client.**What will you do in your role?** * Lead the infrastructure area, ensuring proper execution of projects within defined timelines, budgets, and standards. * Evaluate the technical, economic, and operational feasibility of projects, defining clear work plans and schedules. * Consolidate and manage the Investment Plan (CAPEX), ensuring its approval and control at national and regional levels. * Manage end\-to\-end projects—from planning, tendering, and contracting through to execution, closure, and delivery to the internal client. * Supervise suppliers and ensure compliance with regulations (RNE, DIGESA, INDECI) and corporate quality and safety standards. * Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment, avoid rework, and optimize initiative execution. * Monitor project progress through periodic reports, anticipating risks and proposing timely solutions. * Control budget and investment, including CAPEX tracking, supplier payments, and financial reporting. * Ensure quality and operational continuity by delivering technical documentation (dossier) and administratively closing projects. * Evaluate internal client satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in service and project management. **What do we require from you?** * University degree in Civil Engineering with professional licensure (Mandatory) * Project Management Professional (PMI) certification or specialization in project management is desirable * Minimum 4 years’ experience in construction project budget control * Experience in preparing quantity take-offs and budgets for construction works exceeding 200 m2 * Solid knowledge of Municipal Building Regulations (RNE) and construction regulations * Basic to intermediate English language proficiency * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project
