ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Job Summary: Coordinate and oversee logistical and waste management activities for projects, including preparation of valuations and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Defined working hours and a positive work environment. **Responsibilities:** * Provide logistical support to projects. * Prepare service valuations. * Review and manage the waste database. * Coordinate compliance with quarterly generator manifest declarations on the SIGERSOL platform. * Monitor final disposal of waste at secure landfills, sanitary landfills, or project resource recovery centers. * Coordinate compliance with the client’s annual waste declaration on the SIGERSOL platform. * Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or related fields. * Registered with the corresponding professional association. * Postgraduate diploma or courses in solid waste management and handling. (Desirable) * Postgraduate diploma or courses in environmental management. (Desirable) * Willingness to visit project sites. * Experience managing and controlling Hazardous Waste Manifests and Shipping Guides. (Desirable) * Familiarity with logistics ERP systems. (Desirable) * Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
