




Position Summary: A committed and organized professional with operational leadership experience to supervise workshop and operational safety, ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing corrective measures. A metal-mechanical and industrial/naval services company is undergoing growth and organizational restructuring; therefore, we are seeking a committed, organized professional with operational leadership to join our team. * Conduct daily supervision of safety conditions in workshops and operations. * Verify compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Monitor proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by personnel. * Identify unsafe acts and conditions, applying immediate corrective measures. * Conduct safety talks and staff training sessions. * Prepare ATS (Safe Work Procedures), work permits, and operational control forms. * Participate in the development and updating of IPERC (Risk Identification and Evaluation Process). * Supervise high-risk activities: hot work, work at height, load lifting, confined space entry, and electrical work. * **Report incidents, safety observations, and deviations.** * Verify order and cleanliness in work areas. * Inspect tools, equipment, and safe working conditions prior to commencing tasks. * Participate in incident and accident investigations. * Maintain inspection records and photographic evidence. * Coordinate preventive actions with supervisors and operational managers. * Ensure compliance with the company’s and clients’ SSOMA (Safety, Security, Occupational Health, and Environment Management System) standards. Technical Knowledge * Law No. 29783 and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. * Preparation of ATS and IPERC. * Supervision of high-risk activities. * Use and control of PPE. * Incident and accident investigation. * First aid and emergency response. * Handling of SSOMA forms and records. * Basic/intermediate Office software. Desirable Certifications * Occupational Risk Prevention. * High-Risk Activities. * First Aid. * Firefighting. * Industrial Safety. Academic Qualifications * Technical or university degree in: Industrial Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. Experience * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Preferred experience in: * Metal-mechanical industry * Shipyards * Naval operations * Industrial maintenance * Fieldwork. Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
