Opportunities for professional development and growth **Commercial Coordinator – LIMA** We are looking for top talent to fill the position of COMMERCIAL COORDINATOR in Lima. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Drive the achievement of commercial objectives by closely monitoring channel-based performance, identifying new business opportunities, and efficiently implementing marketing plans that ensure product turnover and market positioning. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** · Monitor sales and performance against key indicators (sales channels, product types, stores, operating hours, etc.), ensuring target achievement. · Execute and monitor commercial campaigns, coordinating with Marketing, Operations, and Stores to ensure proper implementation. · Identify growth opportunities through partnerships, promotions, new sales channels, etc. · Supervise in-store execution (product presentation, stock rotation, window displays, visual materials, product accessories, and customer experience). · Participate in content and campaign planning, proposing improvements based on results. · Keep digital channels updated (menus, apps, platforms). · Analyze data, manage KPIs, and track sector-specific key indicators. · Actively participate in periodic marketing campaigns. **REQUIREMENTS:** · 1–3 years of experience in commercial, marketing, or brand management roles. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial or Commercial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. · Experience executing campaigns, sales initiatives, events, commercial proposals, and tracking results. · Analytical profile with strong execution capability. · Proficiency in Excel (mandatory); Power BI and CRM knowledge (desirable). · Prior experience in retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or food & beverage industry is ideal. \* Willingness to travel. **BENEFITS:** · Direct exposure to business decisions and brand development. · Positive work environment. · Formal employment contract with statutory benefits. · Competitive market-aligned salary. · Opportunities for professional development, career growth, and advancement.
