At Assist Card, we believe teamwork and passion are the keys to delivering the best assistance to our customers.* We are currently seeking an **Airport Sales Executive** to join our Airport Sales team. **Main responsibilities of the role:** * Approach passengers passing through the airport terminal and present our services as a company * Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to foster loyalty to the company * Achieve daily and monthly billing targets set by senior management * Track each sale and maintain consistent communication with the area manager and peer departments regarding our activities * Process billing and collections for sales made * Record shift-related charges, detailing generated documentation, to be handed over to the next colleague * Post-sale service call * Make outbound calls using existing databases * Demonstrate team spirit, remain approachable, and always be willing to collaborate with others **What are the main requirements to apply?** * Graduate in Business Administration, Hotel & Tourism Management, or Marketing * Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales, preferably of intangible products * Basic knowledge of invoicing and receipts * Intermediate Excel skills (database management) * Preference for candidates residing near the following districts: San Miguel, Callao, La Perla, Bellavista, and San Martin de Porres * Availability to work afternoon and night shifts * Work schedule: 5x2 (5 consecutive workdays followed by 2 consecutive days off) **Benefits** * Salary above market average * Commissions, bonuses for goal achievement, and quarterly salary reconciliation * 100% covered EPS (health insurance) * Well-being: Wellness initiatives * Weekly breakfast voucher * Travel assistance for immediate family members * Language training program * Corporate discounts with educational institutions At Assist Card, we want our employees to be the protagonists of their own professional journey.
