




Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to develop a client portfolio, conduct prospecting, and perform product tastings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and manage a client portfolio 2. Implement the B2B sales model and conduct prospecting 3. Conduct product tastings in the field and at events **Field Sales Executive** Requirements: * Currently pursuing or having incomplete higher education. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a promoter and/or field sales executive. * Preferred knowledge of fast-moving consumer food products and/or beverages. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Summary of Responsibilities: * Develop and follow up on a client portfolio. * Implement the B2B sales model and conduct prospecting by making calls, scheduling appointments, and visiting potential and existing clients. * Conduct product tastings during field visits, at points of sale, and at company-organized activation events. What We Offer: * Monday to Friday work schedule. * First month paid via RXH; from the second month onward, payroll processed under MYPE regime. * Monthly allowances. * Commissions.
