Our **RETAIL & NETWORK** team is seeking a **Trade Marketing Analyst** to join Inchcape Peru. The purpose of this role is to analyze information generated across dealer networks (RED) and provide clear insights to the DEALER OPERATION MANAGERS team to support decision-making. You will generate reports with performance indicators and KPIs related to growth, profitability, and service—from the micro-level—to define action plans (trade marketing strategy), as well as oversee core business operations. **What You’ll Do** * Prepare national cross-brand reports on growth, event activities, promotions, and accelerators within the Third-Tier Dealer Network (RED Tercera). * Manage and monitor marketing budgets assigned to the Third-Tier Dealer Network. * Prepare account tracking reports, billing progress reports, sell-out progress reports, pre-allocations, and billing shortfalls. * Manage and monitor assigned dealers. * Manage and ensure vehicle availability for billing purposes. * Coordinate with dealer leaders and sales force; provide daily billing support and follow-up. * Align focus to develop requested product mixes. * Align trade marketing activities across the Third-Tier Dealer Network and ensure proper application of the brand manual. * Monitor marketing activity ROI indicators across the dealer network. * Account development—growth, maintenance, and control of dealers. **About You** To succeed in this role, you must have: * Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * 1–3 years’ experience in trade marketing and commercial roles. * Experience designing, executing, and evaluating B2C campaign effectiveness. * Excel – Intermediate level (Mandatory) * PowerPoint – Intermediate level (Desirable) * English – Intermediate level (Desirable) **Start Your Journey** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and we invite you to be part of it.
