If you believe this describes you… we want you on our team! **Candidate Requirements** At ACCIONA, for its INDUSTRIAL business unit, we are currently seeking a **Professional Intern:** **Mission:** * Provide support to the Organization and Human Talent area in attracting, identifying, and selecting employees possessing the competencies and skills required by the organization. This includes supporting talent planning, internal mobility, and managing onboarding for new hires—including exit interviews. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes. * Support the organization and execution of onboarding for new personnel. * Provide operational support in delivering training activities. * Provide operational support for personnel development activities: performance evaluations, career paths, exit surveys, etc. * Carry out other responsibilities assigned, inherent to the position. **Academic Qualifications:** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. **Years of Experience Required:** * Prior pre-professional internship experience in this area is desirable (but not mandatory). **Tools and Software:** * Familiarity with ERP systems oriented toward talent acquisition is desirable. * Proficiency in recruitment tools (e.g., Recruiter, Bumeran, etc.). * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas). **Languages and Required Proficiency:** * English – Intermediate level (desirable).
