




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for the industrial sector, responsible for customer communication, work order tracking, logistical support, document registration, and administrative coordination. Administrative coordination and control An industrial-sector company requires an administrative assistant to assume the following responsibilities: Reception, control, and follow-up of company customer communications Tracking, control, and reporting of ongoing work orders (WOs) Logistical support for the operations and sales departments Drafting and registering purchase orders (POs), shipping guides, and work guides Drafting, sending, and registering quotations to customers Attendance tracking of personnel Registration and reporting of purchase and sales invoices in coordination with the accounting department, and document archiving Assisting in asset control and coordinating with the warehouse manager for inventory activities Requirements: Technical degree in Industrial Administration, certified Minimum one year of experience in industrial-sector companies Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Punctual, responsible, service-oriented, and eager for self-improvement Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
