The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently manage client interactions and provide operational support, delivering comprehensive logistics solutions for domestic and international trade. We focus on delivering agile, reliable, and high-value services, powered by a team committed to excellence. **Responsibilities:** Support the preparation, updating, and review of layout, space, and operational area drawings. Prepare and update drawings in AutoCAD and models in SketchUp according to departmental requirements. Support the organization, control, and updating of departmental technical documentation. Ability to collect field information and assist in preparing drawings and budgets. Coordinate internally to gather necessary information for project and infrastructure work documentation management. Maintain up-to-date files and databases related to departmental documentation. Proactive attitude, punctuality, orderliness, and strong willingness to work collaboratively. Requirements **Requirements:** Graduate or bachelor’s degree holder in Architecture. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp (intermediate–advanced level). Preferably, knowledge related to design, spatial planning, and infrastructure. Interest in developing expertise in technical and documentary support activities. Ability to prepare, read, and interpret architectural drawings. Basic knowledge of field data collection. Resident of Callao, Ventanilla, or nearby areas. On-site / 48 hours per week. Software Proficiency (Technical Competence) **CAD:** AutoCAD (intermediate\-advanced). **Office Suite:** Microsoft Office (Word, Excel intermediate/advanced). Ability to prepare cost estimates.
