Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant – Freight Forwarder to support export operational processes and provide customer advisory services. Key Highlights: 1. Support in export operational processes and post-shipment activities 2. Coordination with warehouses and shipping lines for efficient shipments 3. We are looking for an Operations Assistant – Freight Forwarder to join our team. Do you have logistics experience? This opportunity is for you! MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Support in export operational processes from intake through post-shipment \- Customer advisory services regarding inquiries, complaints, and clarifications \- Updating export schedules \- Requesting bookings from shipping lines \- Creating references in systems with details of VESSEL, VOYAGE, ETA, CUT-OFF, DESTINATION, WAREHOUSE \- Supervising cargo, containers, and intake dates \- Coordinating with warehouses and shipping lines for efficient shipments \- Ensuring proper container loading \- Registering the MBL (Master Bill of Lading) matrix in shipping lines’ systems \- Preparing drafts of HBLs (House Bills of Lading) \- Tracking DAM numbering and delivery to the warehouse \- Assigning containers for each cargo type required by the client for export, coordinating necessary equipment with shipping lines **REQUIREMENTS**: \- Final-year student or graduate in International Trade or International Business \- With or without operations experience. **DETAILS:** \- Salary: Competitive and market-aligned \- Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM \- 5:30 PM) and Saturday (9:00 AM \- 1:00 PM) Are you interested?
