Collaboration in order preparation and inventory control. **General Job Description** The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for supporting the receipt, storage, dispatch, and organization of the company's electrical products, ensuring compliance with established procedures and contributing to an efficient workflow in the warehouse area. **Main Responsibilities** * **Goods Receipt:** Verify the quantity and quality of received products, ensuring they meet specifications. * **Storage:** Organize and place products on shelves in an orderly manner according to the established system. * **Order Preparation:** Pick, pack, and dispatch products according to customer or sales department requests. * **Inventory Management:** Participate in cyclic and physical counts to keep stock records up to date. * **Document Control:** Manage waybills, invoices, and other documents related to warehouse operations. * **Warehouse Maintenance:** Keep the area clean and organized, complying with safety regulations. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education (technical training in logistics or related fields is preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse roles, preferably within electrical or industrial companies. * Basic knowledge of electrical products (desirable). * Immediate availability. **Key Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Teamwork and collaboration. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Adaptability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments. **Working Conditions** * Work Mode: On-site. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. * Location: San Luis. * Compensation: PEN 1300 plus statutory benefits.
