About the Role: The **Marketing Coordinator** will be responsible for planning and executing channel marketing initiatives aimed at generating business opportunities for our technology vendors and partners. This role works closely with sales teams, manufacturers, and agencies to coordinate events, campaigns, and marketing activities, ensuring proper management of marketing funds and measurement of each initiative’s impact. Their contribution is critical to strengthening manufacturer relationships, driving demand generation, and delivering measurable results through ROI on marketing events and campaigns. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and execute marketing activities aligned with business units and technology manufacturers. * Coordinate corporate events, workshops, and activities designed to generate commercial opportunities and strengthen the partner ecosystem. * Administer marketing funds (MDF/DDF) assigned by vendors, ensuring proper planning, approval, execution, and reimbursement. * Collaborate with the sales team to define demand-generation initiatives and support pipeline development. * Coordinate multichannel marketing campaigns with vendors, agencies, and internal teams. * Execute B2B digital campaigns aligned with brand and business unit commercial objectives. * Monitor marketing initiative performance using lead generation, engagement, and return-on-investment (ROI) metrics. * Manage required documentation and evidence (Proof of Performance) for accurate reporting and marketing fund reimbursement. * Prepare performance reports, budget tracking, and activity analysis for vendors and internal teams.
