Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and service-oriented Administrative and Operational Assistant for our Driving School.
Key Highlights:
1. Student assistance and guidance, enrollment management, and student file administration.
2. Coordination of theoretical and practical classes, academic progress monitoring.
3. Support in cash control, issuance of receipts, and operational management.
On behalf of our client, **Corporación San Cristóbal**, through its business unit **ESCON CALLAO – Driving School**, we are looking for a dynamic, organized, and service-oriented professional to join our team as: **ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL ASSISTANT**
**Main Responsibilities**
* Provide student assistance and guidance regarding services and enroll students.
* Prepare and organize students' administrative files.
* Coordinate scheduling of theoretical and practical classes with instructors and involved departments.
* Monitor student attendance and academic progress throughout their training process.
* Manage the issuance and control of administrative documents required for operations when requested by the corporation or during inspections by SUTRAN or the Municipality.
* Support cash control, receipt issuance, and recording of payments made by students.
* Coordinate operational requirements to ensure proper functioning of the branch.
* Prepare administrative and operational reports as requested by management.
* Comply with and ensure proper execution of established internal procedures.
**Requirements**
* Technical Professional Degree in: Business, Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions or commercial management, preferably in driving schools, medical centers, educational institutes, or similar service sectors.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)**.
* Valid driver's license BIIC, AI\-AIIA\-AIIB\-AIIIA\-AIIIB, or AIIIC (preferred)

**Working Conditions:**
* Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
* PEN 1,650\.00 per month; first three months paid via payroll receipt (RxH), thereafter under MYPE payroll.
* Workplace location: Gambetta Branch \- Av. Néstor Gambetta, Mz. A, Lt 2\. (Half a block from Av. Acapulco)
