Apply now and become our next **\#TalentoGrunenthal**, growing into the role of: **MEDICAL MANAGER** **What Will You Do?** Each day, you will face diverse challenges such as: * Medical Affairs and Marketing Support: Validate clinical evidence, design continuing medical education programs, and provide scientific support to Marketing and Sales during product launches, tenders, and sales force training. * Strategic Alliances and Researcher Network: Identify, develop, and maintain trusted relationships with Key External Experts; support their participation in congresses and strengthen Grünenthal’s scientific reputation. * Corporate Strategy and Competitive Intelligence: Provide medical analysis of the therapeutic landscape, monitor competitors’ activities, and translate insights into recommendations that inform the business plan and Medical Brand Plan. * Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance: Review and approve all promotional or scientific materials to ensure compliance with local/global regulations; collaborate with Regulatory and PV teams on adverse event management and portfolio safety updates. * Market Access Support: Participate in developing the market access plan through collaboration with the Access team. * Safety Culture and Compliance: Ensure implementation of corporate policies (SGSST and Code of Conduct), promote ethical practices, and actively contribute to prevention of occupational and reputational risks. **Your Contribution** To fully leverage this role and truly thrive, you must have: * Education: Licensed Medical Doctor. Preferred specialization or master’s degree in Epidemiology, Clinical Pharmacology, Public Health, or related field. Experience* Minimum 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs / Medical Affairs roles. Experience in pain, clinical trials, health economics, or market access is highly valued. * Technical Knowledge: Project management, analysis of clinical studies, local healthcare policies and systems, fundamentals of health economics, critical appraisal of scientific literature, and MS Office proficiency. * Competencies: Planning and organization, strategic thinking, multidisciplinary collaboration, influencing skills, attention to detail, and assertive communication. **Working at Grünenthal means discovering the potential of the outcomes we achieve and the lives of the patients we serve.
