We are currently seeking **04 OPERATIONS ASSISTANTS \- MEDICAL EQUIPMENT \- PRAE PROJECT** to join our teams at the Barton (Callao) and Kaelin (VMT) Hospital Complexes. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education. * Availability to work on-site in Callao or Villa María del Triunfo. * Minimum 1 year of experience in cargo handling, warehousing, and/or logistics. * Knowledge of cargo handling and solid waste management. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Load, transport, and place boxes containing medical equipment from the receiving point to their designated destination within the hospital, applying appropriate loading techniques and using transportation tools (hand trucks, manual forklifts, etc.). * Support inventory tracking and reconciliation of moved equipment. * Handle and store solid waste. * Continuously report progress, incidents, and needs to the immediate supervisor. * Ensure compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness standards in work areas. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Ongoing training. * Work for an internationally accredited company holding ISO and Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation—one of the most prestigious global healthcare accreditations. * Discounts with educational institutions, oncology insurance, vendor visits, and more. *Our company is committed to equity and inclusion because we believe every person is unique and different.
