Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect to conduct documentary analyses, architectural surveys, preparation and management of municipal and registry files, and client guidance on administrative procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct municipal and registry documentary analyses 2. Prepare and manage complete files for institutions 3. Guide clients on procedures and requirements We require a temporary Architect to perform the following duties: * Conduct municipal and registry documentary analyses to initiate the service. * Carry out architectural surveys for the preparation of planimetry, according to the service requirements. * Coordinate with the client to approve the architectural and/or 3D survey for different projects, in coordination with the Branch Manager. * Prepare the complete file and deliver it ready for submission and processing at the required institution. This includes forms, certificates, assemblies, plan plotting, up to printing and binding. * Prepare the file for final delivery to the client, addressing observations if required, in coordination with the Unit Head. * Coordinate assigned projects for execution with the Branch Manager. * Attend various meetings, talks, or other activities—virtual or in-person—as required by the entities to which we submit the files. * Guide clients (individuals or legal representatives) on case-specific procedures and requirements, particularly those related to obtaining operating licenses and ITSE certification, as well as registry procedures such as property separations, successions, or others. * Safeguard and maintain physical and digital archives of files, ensuring they remain organized and up to date. * Conduct ITSE risk analyses as requested by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as an architect 1 year of experience in this field Degree holder or in the process of professional registration Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.2,250.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
