Apply now!** **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and industrial equipment instrumentation according to schedule * Diagnose failures and execute corrective maintenance on electrical panels, motors, frequency inverters, and control systems * Conduct thermographic inspections, electrical measurements, and insulation tests using measurement and control instruments * Maintain and calibrate plant instrumentation (transmitters, sensors, control valves, actuators, positioners, solenoid valves) as well as precision instruments and balances in laboratories * Intervene in controlled systems and apply knowledge of control loops to ensure continuous plant operation * Record and close work orders in SAP PM with complete technical documentation * Strictly comply with safety procedures (LOTO, work permits, use of PPE) **What We Are Looking For:** * **Education:** Technician in Industrial Electricity or Industrial Electronics (Higher Technical Institute) or related fields \- GRADUATED * **Experience:** \> 3 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance within the chemical, manufacturing, or related industries * **Technical Knowledge:** * Reading and interpretation of electrical schematics, P\&ID diagrams, and control loops * Proficiency with electrical measurement instruments (multimeter, clamp meter, thermal imaging camera) * Preferably experience with Siemens, Endress\+Hauser equipment and industrial instrumentation systems * Maintenance of actuators, positioners, solenoid valves, and controlled systems * Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (HART, Profibus, Modbus \- desirable) * **Certifications:** Preferably hold valid certifications for working at heights and in confined spaces (or willingness to obtain them) * **Competencies:** Proactivity, teamwork, results orientation, and commitment to safety * **Availability:** On-site work in Callao, Peru **What We Offer:** **Additional benefits beyond statutory requirements.** Clariant maintains a benefits policy aligned with market trends. * **Medical Assistance:** Medical coverage will be provided by **Pacifico**, under the **«Adicional 1»** plan, based on your position level, covering 90% of costs; eligible beneficiaries include the employee and their primary family members — defined as spouse, cohabitant, and children up to age 17. * **Statutory Life Insurance:** The company provides life insurance coverage up to 32 monthly salaries for total and permanent disability due to accident and accidental death, and up to 26 monthly salaries for natural death. * **Oncology Insurance:** The company provides collective oncology insurance for the employee and their dependents, fully covered by Clariant at 100%. * **On-site Cafeteria in Callao:** 92% subsidized by Clariant. * **Food Vouchers:** Issued in July (amount: S/.281\.00\) and December (amount: S/.772\.00\). **Contact:** Talent Acquisition Team Clariant is a Swiss\-based global specialty chemicals company, which is concentrated and developed in three business units: Care Chemicals, Catalysts and Adsorbents \& Additives.
