Promote continuous improvement of the safety culture Full Time Security At Alpayana, we are seeking a Corporate Security Manager: Requirements * Mining Engineering, Mining Management Engineering, Safety and Hygiene Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields * More than 5 years of experience in related positions. Responsibilities * 1\. Design and coordinate the implementation of cross-cutting corporate security strategies for mining operations and projects. * 2\. Manage the corporate security management system aligned with legal compliance and operational standards, ensuring continuous improvement. * 3\. Monitor safety performance using preventive and reactive indicators, establishing action plans for continuous prevention improvement. * 4\. Define and plan the decentralized risk management strategy, promoting and managing risk analysis tools. * 5\. Conduct inspections to verify legal and regulatory compliance with safety standards and protocols at mining units. * 6\. Coordinate and support audits, inspections, and performance reviews of the security management system at mining units. * 7\.
