Your opportunity for a better future is here! **Position Objective** Design, implement, and maintain the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) in accordance with current legal regulations (Law No. 29783\). Ensure timely updates of technical and operational documentation across warehouse, production, and dispatch processes, promoting a risk prevention culture. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement the OHSMS from scratch or lead its continuous improvement. * Establish and advise the Occupational Health and Safety Committee. * Ensure legal compliance during internal audits and external inspections (Sunafil). * Lead investigations of work-related incidents and accidents. * Develop and update the IPERC matrix for each job position. * Draft job function manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and risk maps. * Ensure Good Storage Practices (GSP) and workplace organization (5S). * Supervise safety during dispatch, loading, and cargo stowage. * Design, coordinate, and execute training programs, inductions, drills, and campaigns aimed at strengthening preventive culture. * Promote a culture of prevention, self-care, and continuous improvement across all organizational levels.
