Job Summary: OCA Global Peru is seeking an HSE Assistant to support digitalization efforts, database administration, inspection execution, and participation in Safety, Health, and Environment programs. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the digitalization of reports and incidents. 2. Database administration and KPI tracking. 3. Participation in Safety, Health, and Environment programs. At OCA GLOBAL PERU, we are searching for the best talent for the HSE Assistant position. **Minimum Requirements** * Graduate in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Hygiene, or a related field. * One year of experience in the safety field. * Courses in Occupational Safety and Health, Environment, or related areas. * Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (intermediate level). **Key Responsibilities:** * Digitalization support: update and maintain digital tools for automating incident reports, alerts, and reminders for inspection deadlines, training sessions, and KPI tracking. * Consolidate and administer databases for training records, inspections, meeting minutes, substandard conditions, incidents, and occupational illnesses, ensuring their accuracy and consistency. * Conduct periodic inspections of facilities and operations to verify compliance with applicable internal, legal, and environmental regulations. * Provide support in creating, reviewing, and updating documents related to the Integrated Management System. * Participate in the implementation and monitoring of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment programs. * Provide technical HSEQ support during tender processes. **Benefits:** * All statutory benefits. * Compensation and Benefits Package.
