With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and achieve greater impact. **Position Description:** Operational responsible for field services, integrating technical, contractual, safety, quality, surveying, and geotechnical management with continuous coordination with the client, progress control, document management, report issuance, technical support during construction, and comprehensive contract administration. **Position Responsibilities:** * Lead the service management team on safety, environmental, and external stakeholder matters. * Review and report on the Contractor’s effective and efficient construction management. * Ensure compliance with Peruvian legal regulations and company policies and standards during construction. * Proactively identify, assess, communicate, and strategically manage potential deviations and changes that may arise in the service. * Report contractual deviations by Contractors to the Contract Administrator and provide support in claim-related matters. * Coordinate with construction leads to implement control measures to eliminate/mitigate identified risks and capitalize on identified opportunities, ensuring project objectives are met. * Safeguard full compliance with the service contract. * Maintain continuous communication with the Client and the executing Contractor, informing them of the works’ status. * Provide advisory support to the Owner regarding Contractors’ claims and/or proposals. * Recommend approval or non-approval by the Client of change orders or other actions that could affect project Costs, Schedule, and/or Quality. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related disciplines (professional license required). * Minimum verifiable professional experience of 15 years, including at least 5 years on tailings dam projects, waste dump projects, or large-scale earthworks. * Minimum 10 years of experience in mining project management. * Minimum 10 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams in CQA, geotechnics, surveying, laboratory, instrumentation, and civil works, holding positions such as Site Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager, or Supervision Manager. * Knowledge of Project Management, Geotechnics, Construction, or Mining. * Teamwork skills, flexibility, adaptability, accountability, and commitment. * Willingness to work in Junín.
