Requirements: * Technical or university graduate in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing. * Knowledge of payroll calculation, labor legislation, and tax legislation. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Familiarity with ERP S10 / EJB Contable (Desirable). * Experience in an Accounting Firm (Desirable). Responsibilities: * Prepare, review, and analyze payroll records, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations and timely execution of payments within established deadlines. * Calculate remunerative and non-remunerative items: variable salaries, overtime hours, productivity bonuses, incentives, and other additional items. * Manage the calculation and withholding of Fifth Category Income Tax, as well as pension contributions (AFP and ONP), in accordance with current legislation. * Calculate and manage profit-sharing distribution to employees, ensuring correct application of legal criteria. * Administer and update labor records in T\-Registro, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel modifications.
