Job Summary: Provide timely nutritional care to patients by integrating into the healthcare team to assess, plan, and monitor nutritional interventions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assessment and design of nutritional intervention plans **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide timely nutritional care to patients within your area of expertise and integrate into the healthcare team. 1\. Administer nutritional screening tests to hospitalized patients. 2\. Conduct nutritional status assessments according to the protocols established by the Nutrition and Dietetics Department. 3\. Determine patients' nutritional requirements based on their clinical condition, physiological needs, and/or existing pathology. 4\. Appropriately and promptly design and implement a Nutritional Intervention Plan, considering the patient's clinical condition, physiological needs, and/or existing pathology, following coordination with other members of the interdisciplinary team. 5\. Schedule therapeutic dietary regimens for critically ill patients according to the Nutritional Intervention Plan or medical prescription. 6\. Monitor intake and tolerance of the prescribed therapeutic dietary regimen—whether administered enterally (by mouth or feeding tube) or parenterally. 7\. Supervise implementation of each patient’s nutritional intervention plan. 8\. Document the nutritional intervention strategy and plan in the clinical record (highlighting guidelines, calculated nutritional goals, progressions, and follow-up controls). 9\. Record necessary information for monitoring indicators of the Nutrition and Dietetics Department. 10\. Embody and promote the organization’s service culture, consistently safeguarding institutional objectives and interests while performing duties within your scope of competence. 11\.
