Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Commercial Executive to develop new business opportunities, acquire clients, and grow the commercial portfolio in logistics and international trade. Negotiation and closing of sales with a results-oriented focus. VELKON CARGO PERÚ S.A.C., a company specialized in international trade services, customs brokerage, international freight, and transportation, is currently seeking a **Senior Commercial Executive** to strengthen our commercial team. What will be your main challenge? Developing new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and expanding VELKON’s commercial portfolio by offering comprehensive logistics and international trade solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES * Prospect and acquire new B2B clients. * Manage and develop the client portfolio. * Identify business opportunities among importers and exporters. * Market customs brokerage, international freight, and transportation services. * Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations. * Negotiate with clients and finalize commercial deals. * Conduct business visits and meetings. * Generate cross-selling of the company’s various services. * Coordinate with Operations and Customs departments to ensure efficient service delivery. * Achieve commercial targets and monitor performance indicators. REQUIREMENTS: * Technical diploma, bachelor’s degree, or professional title in Business Administration, International Business, International Trade, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the logistics sector, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, transportation, or international trade. * Proven experience in client acquisition and portfolio development. * Knowledge of imports, exports, and logistics services. * Strong negotiation and sales closing skills. * Results-oriented mindset with commitment to achieving targets. * Existing client portfolio within the sector. Salary: Starting from S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
