Job Summary: Petrotankers seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, guaranteeing the operational readiness of critical equipment. Coordinate and assign tasks to technical personnel We are Petrotankers, a Peruvian shipping company dedicated to petroleum transportation. We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor: RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Supervise and ensure the execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance onboard. \- Ensure the operational readiness of critical equipment. \- Coordinate and assign tasks to technical personnel. \- Review and validate work orders, reports, and logs. \- Manage resources: spare parts, tools, and materials. \- Prepare maintenance reports and KPIs; identify improvements. REQUIREMENTS: \- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. \- 3 years of experience in maintenance areas (maritime industry).
