Position Summary: We are seeking an Environmental Reporting Assistant for an environmental laboratory, responsible for issuing, preparing, and supervising results and reports, ensuring confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plays a key role in issuing and preparing environmental reports. 2. Responsible for evaluating and supervising laboratory results. 3. Coordinates with the laboratory to close service orders. ANALYTICAL LABORATORY is an accredited environmental laboratory dedicated to providing environmental monitoring and analysis services across various sectors, including mining, hydrocarbons, industry, fisheries, etc. We are currently seeking an **ENVIRONMENTAL REPORTING ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Chemical Analysis Technician * Student (minimum eighth semester), graduate, or bachelor’s degree holder in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Comply with and ensure compliance with the company’s Management System Policy and other management system guidelines. * Identify risks and improvement opportunities within the Reporting area and report them to the immediate supervisor. * Issue results reported in the LIMS. * Prepare final reports in scanned format; when applicable, scan together with other required documents for subsequent delivery to the client. * Maintain confidentiality of client information. * Evaluate, supervise, and release laboratory-reported results. * Coordinate with the laboratory to respond to incoming requests, with the objective of closing service orders (SOs). * Systematically report to the Reporting Head, Laboratory Head, and SIG Head on the status of coordinations conducted with laboratory personnel. * Other duties as assigned and inherent to the position.
