Job Summary: A civil construction professional responsible for executing works, interpreting drawings, leading teams, and coordinating with the site supervisor. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the assigned team and coordinate planned work 2. Carry out civil works and interpret drawings and designs 3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **Compensation:** Salary aligned with the current civil construction regime. · Execute civil works in accordance with project drawings. · Interpret drawings and designs to determine specifications and calculate required materials. · Ensure compliance with safety regulations within the assigned crew. · Measure distances between reference points and mark guidelines for carrying out work, such as using plumb bobs and levels. · Mix specific quantities of sand, clay, cement, or powdered mortar with water to produce refractory mixtures. · Lead the assigned team. · Coordinate planned work with the site supervisor. · Report field non-conformities to the Project Manager. · Report material status weekly. **EDUCATION** · Preferably trained in Masonry and/or Formwork and/or Steel Reinforcement and/or other civil construction-related fields. · Knowledge of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment.
