At CassaFit Black, a trainer must know how to welcome each member with a positive attitude, address them by name, accompany them during their workout, correct their form respectfully, motivate them when needed, and celebrate every small achievement with words of encouragement or a pat on the back. We are not looking for someone focused solely on selling personalized training sessions. We seek a person who enjoys serving, helping, and creating a positive experience for everyone. Personalized sessions and referrals will naturally follow from authentic, high-quality work. Requirements \* Education or certification in physical training or strength training. \* Experience working in a strength training facility. \* Knowledge of exercise technique, biomechanics, and equipment usage. \* Excellent interpersonal skills, communication ability, and capacity to motivate. \* Proactive attitude and willingness for continuous improvement. \* Residency in Los Olivos or nearby areas. Responsibilities \* Greet and bid farewell warmly to each member. \* Proactively approach members to guide and assist. \* Correct exercises respectfully and patiently. \* Motivate, accompany, and celebrate users' progress. \* Conduct functional classes and retention activities. \* Maintain a positive, organized, and hospitable environment.
