Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform mechanical and electrical services on industrial bakery plant equipment, ensuring proper operation and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Mechanical and electrical maintenance of industrial bakery equipment. 2. Execution of the annual preventive maintenance plan. 3. Safety inspections and equipment calibration. Food industry within the industrial bakery market; currently searching for top talent for the position of **INDUSTRIAL BAKERY MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT \- Afternoon Shift** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technician in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Plant Maintenance, Electricity, Electronics, or Electromechanics and/or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance of machinery used for processing and production of bakery and pastry products. (**Mandatory**) * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Availability to work on a fixed **Afternoon Shift**: 2 PM to 10 PM. (**Mandatory**) * Must reside in Cercado de Lima or nearby districts. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform required mechanical and electrical maintenance services on plant equipment to meet established technical specifications and procedures. * Maintain the entire plant’s infrastructure in good condition. * Execute the annual preventive maintenance plan with your team. * Verify proper operation of equipment and tools, manage their inventory, and maintain order in the maintenance workshop. * Conduct periodic safety inspections of machinery and plant facilities. * Perform calibration of area equipment. * Ensure adherence to procedures, regulations, instructions, etc. * Comply with safety, health, and environmental recommendations defined by the CSST department. **BENEFITS:** * Join a growing organization. * Full statutory payroll from day one, including all legally mandated benefits. * Pleasant working environment. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday (2 PM to 10 PM).
